Renovation - Major/Minor, Home Additions, Design/Build - Home Builder , and 2 more
"1) Great company and people to work with. If you have a concept, and can explain it to them, you'll find that they will give you exactly what you ask them to do. Their work is just exceptional! 2) Their quotes are right on, so your budget stays intact and you will not experience the "whoops" of extra hidden fees. Their integrity is important to them and it shows. 3) In the past, I've found it difficult to find companies that will do what they say they'll do and are willing to put it in writing. Conrad Homes has extremely high standards as a company, you'll find that those standards are TOP down (Mike & Mike) and every one of their staff buys into it. Their staff is top notch and a cut above. 4) Their folks are more than willing walk you and your best half through the process so you know what to expect. Bottom line, the results are extraordinary. 5) If it sounds like I'm raving, well I am. I am a big fan of the Team that Mike has put together. This company sets an extremely high bar and their master craftsmen meet and exceed it. I can't say enough good things about them. I give them my highest recommendation and don't think you can go wrong having them do work for you. Lastly, I know we'll be using them in the future because my best half is very happy with the results of our projects! My name is Fred and this is what I think."

Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
