I've had some very good experiences with contractors, and some very bad ones, and my recent experience with the owner, Jose Interiano, was GREAT. Jose is a thorough but relaxed guy with excellent communication skills who put us at ease right away. He was well prepared ahead of our first meeting and came with satellite photos of our home and a completed estimate (which reduced the amount of time spent on our end walking through the property and talking about what needed to be done). I didn't get the sense that he was trying to oversell us on anything, and he had useful advice for picking a shingle color (not as easy a task as you'd think!) He uses high quality materials and had a very competitive price. We didn't have to do anything to prep except to leave the driveway open. His crew started and finished the job in the amount of time expected, and everything was cleaned up so you'd hardly know they were there. The day it was done we got a handful of texts from neighbors saying how great the house looks, and they're 100% right! We're very happy with the work, and would hire them again in a heartbeat."
