"My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."

I think you can learn more about a company if there was a small problem at the beginning. As there was with me. Not with the work that was done. The two ladies that came to our home worked tirelessly, thoroughly and constantly. They did a superb job. So the small problem was not with them. It was because it was a small mixup in the billing. The original estimate was based on one set of information and the billing on something else. This caused me some consternation because there are so many rackets around and I wanted to be careful. But when I got together with Ricky he corrected all things, in such a way that I feel I got a better deal than was originally quoted. I don't know how to recommend him more highly or the ladies themselves who did the work. This is a wonderful company please hire them."
