"Five Star Bath Solutions is "up there" cost wise. However, and this is important, the products and services they offer are awesome! They removed a closet and existing shower, with little overall mess (a miracle, given how another company got plaster dust and dirt in most of my home). They then custom designed and installed a beautiful, large shower with all of the "bells and whistles" (glass doors, wall attached seat, shelves, grab bar, high end showerhead, floors, ceilings and sides all match and are NOT tiled, so no grout). They also custom made moldings around the outside of the shower, to cover spaces where the old shower and small closet had been...other high end companies said they wouldn't do that for me, that I'd have to hire a contractor. I'd include photos, but can't figure out how to do that...suffice it to say that my shower looks as if it's in a showroom."

"The Installers Jason and Dom Dz were phenomenal. My basement windows were the originals for a house constructed in the 50s: single pane, metal frame, in cement. Jason and Dom Dz were amazingly brilliant in solving the installation problem and now I have a wonderful set of sliders and a much more energy efficient basement. I believe that I recognize what customer service is. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I contacted them and we met soon after on a day and time .... after I got home from work. They came out to view and measure what I wanted done. They listened and provided guidance and direction, all if an effort to realize a successful job. They left and by that evening sent me an estimate. I confirmed. They came over with paperwork to solidify the job.. I met these guys only a few times but I had confidence in them to buy all the materials based on my needs and wants. (I wanted to have these items done before another contractor comes to install new flooring in June,) An example of their following through to the end. My vanity counter in the bathroom --- i wanted to replace. They purchased all the materials at Home Depot. In the store as well as when the brought the counter top here, There was a HAIR LINE crack that went from the faucet hole to the basin. They called me in and asked if I saw a crack in the piece, NO i saw no crack .. He used light beam and scanned the vanity top, There was a HAIR LINE approx 8". inches long. Unbelievable. Returning to H.D. they got another. Look at it and it looked fine. When they went to take it out of the box, the packaging foam was stuck to a corner, Took a dollar coin piece out!! They knew that this H.D. had no more in stock. They found one at another H.D. They went there to retrieve it. Once back - job was completed. They were very timely .. when they said they would be here, they were. They took all the material and old pieces out. I had a dumpster at my complex. All done. When you make your phone call and they are on the list...make them your FIRST call. You will find that no others need to be contacted. NOTE: they called me the next day to inquire if I had any issues! NO, I had none."
