"I had wooden flooring refinished by Floored at Home. Paul called me with quote and details to schedule after Jason measured the area. Jader and Marconea came on the day as scheduled. They moved out the furniture to the garage, did sanding on 1st and 2nd floor, showed me 4 stain samples to decide on the color. They stained the floor and stairs, finished work as per scheduled. The floor looked new and decent. Paul called me regularly to explain next steps and confirm timings. The process was done within the timeframe as explained, there was regular communication. The most important thing, the work was done professionally and final result was excellent. I was happy with the result. Thanks to Jader, Marconea, John, Paul and the whole team."
