"Rocco and team completely renovated our backyard, replacing a couple of old, cracked, concrete slabs and some dirt/grass with a paver patio, seating walls, artificial turf, a pergola, and spotlights. Rocco was excellent to work with. He was very clear in his communication about schedule, materials, etc and helped tremendously in the design of the project. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with Rocco got that fixed quickly. The true test of a company doesn't happen when things go perfectly. It happens when things don't go perfectly and how they respond. Black Diamond aced this test."

"If the idea of landscaping your yards intimidates you, as it did me, it would be hard to find someone, that someone being Bruce(owner/designer) of Landcon that would almost immediately put your concerns to rest. Having had a few contractors come out to our home prior to Bruce, I knew within the first 5 minutes that this was our guy. 5 minutes because it took me that long to realize how at ease I had feeling from the moment I shook Bruce's. Work aside for just a moment, what a wonderfully personable, good natured person this man is. You will not have to worry about a thing from job walk to completion as from Bruce to his like minded foreman Hugo and his two man crew work so efficiently you may find yourself thinking they don't work very hard but, boy they sure are fast. I can say this because someone in our home voiced exactly that. A boss can instill a quality of work in his employees but with Land on you will find a melding of like minded people that enjoy what they do - creating amazing spaces for one family at a time to enjoy and treasure for years to come. No change is to big nor concern to small. Even after the job was done I continued to be surprised but, only slightly due to what level of quality I'd learn to expect, that simply advising Bruce of sometime I noticed, with no expectation, brought an immediate and decisive action on his part that shocked me and almost had me regretting contacting him from the amount of work he believed was absolutely necessary. It was a strange feeling to have a business, of any sort reply, with a greater than expected or even hoped for reply but, that is what you get with Landcon. You will feel at ease and confident that your desires, concerns, design concepts, etc have been heard and be prepared to be amazed. Being my first landscaping project I wasn't sure what the experience would be like. I stand here today tell you that Bruce, Hugo and his crew exceeded my wildest expectations every step of the way. You will be amazed to just what lengths they go to leave you happy. Would I hire them again; the more appropriate question is would I even consider hiring someone else. I'm a customer for life."
