I had asked about seven companies to bid on my job and I had several people never even return my phone call (I'm pretty sure it was because the project was beyond those particular people's ability to do - but they refused to admit it). Still others gave me ludicrously lowball prices, which also told me they had no expertise in this area. H&A was TOTALLY different.
