They had the best price, the shortest time to complete the job and were the only contractor not to provide the option to skip the permits. Charlie and Nick did a great job. They were prompt and efficient, and were focused on making sure I was happy with the final product. They allowed me to make changes on the fly and didn't try and increase the price for every change. When the inspector came it passed the 6% air leakage test easily. Pricing was great compared to other diamond certified contractors in the area. Availability of 0% financing was nice. The 10-year 100% guarantee on all of the work was unmatched by any other contractor. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."
