All the damaged 1x8 pieces were replaced under the contract, no additional $$$ for those. Well worth slightly higher price vs another lower estimate that didn't include all that replacement labor and materials; he replaced upwards of 100 board feet of wood. The people he has working for him are really conscientious. When they say they'll start at 7:30, they arrive at 7:20, and begin work right on time."
