"I found Utah Innovation Exterior online when I was searching for a stucco contractor. At first I was hesitant in using them, because they only had one review and had been in business for just over a year. I let Mario know my concerns. He told me that yes, his company was fairly new, but his guys all had many years of experience. We needed to have all the stucco removed from the front of our home, because it was installed wrong when our home was built in the '90s and it was damaged. Utah Innovation Exterior came out and gave us a bid. Their bid was very competitive and they were able to fit us in fairly soon.. They tore off all of the old stucco, installed weatherproof paper, that was left off when the house was built. We had Mario's guys install synthetic stucco. They found we had some rotten lumber in the framing of a bay window. They were able to remove that and reframe it for us, for a bit more money without us having to hire a separate contractor for that. The stucco job that they did for us turned out very nice. I had several neighbors tell us how good it looked. His crew went above and beyond what we asked them to do. They resurfaced our foundation above the soil line up to where the stucco starts to give it a new fresh look. They even fixed a wind damaged soffit section for us. I feel that Utah Innovation Exterior did a very good job for us. I would recommend them and I would use them again."

"English is a second language to him. Be patient. Sometimes he uses a family member to assist in translation. Regardless, he's wonderful to work with. At our request, he returned to do additional touch ups. He stands behind his work. I paid what he gave us a bid. VERY COMPETITIVE. He also supplied references. We even went to some of his previous jobs to verify the quality of his work. At the time he worked on our home, he only had a business license and not a contractor license. However, I'd hire him again."

"Called several companies for minor roof repair. These guys responded promptly for good price. Several other companies I called failed to respond timely and or wanted to make a bigger deal out of it or wanted lots more money. I would highly recommend this co."

"Great company to work with. Daniel is superb at following up. They re-sided our entire house with Hardie Board and did the painting and new gutter work. Very professional. Project turned out beautifully. Thanks Daniel & Co."

"Mitch went out of his way to get another contractor to handle a related project, a new RV gate, for me. He initially no-bid that portion of my project. When he couldn't help me find someone for the gate, he did it himself and for a good price. Showed up when he said he would, worked hard, and cleaned up when the job was finished."

"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
