He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in one day. During the job Erick kept me apprised of the repairs with photographs. Upon completion, they cleaned up the repair debris. Communication was guick and questions were answered promptly. Erick was proud of his work and shared photographs of other completed projects. His price for the repairs was reasonable and fair. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to working with him on future projects."

They not only fixed the roof, but also vented the bath exhaust fans AND reset patio pavers which were a trip hazard for my senior Mother. "LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again!
