He actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. He wasn't in a mad rush to move on to the next customer, which unfortunately seems to be the way many companies now think is an appropriate and acceptable method of treating their customers. I appreciated that he cared about making sure everything was taken care of. This is rare. Marc definitely exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sparky is fortunate to have such an exceptional employee."
