"I hired and was fortunate enough to observe Eric Parra's HVAC company install a new build HVAC system on my 2000 sq ft home. My home's design follows the German Passive House design concept. Very unique house that scared many HVAC outfits as they would not work outside their comfort zone. Other's overbid to cover themselves since they didn't understand something new to them. I was fortunate in that Eric and his team were not afraid of the challenge, unlike other "pearl clutchers". He went out of their way to accommodate our new build's wild schedule and best of all, was reasonable with their pricing. Others wanted a kings ransom. Another reasons my wife and like Eric is due to his easy-going personality. Friendly to a fault. His on-the-job conduct is very professional. This means he shows up on time, when we agree to do so. He and his team work until that segment of the project is complete and returns next day if they ran out of time. He always keeps his word and best of all Eric communicates job related events extremely well. I never had to worry about his team nor his work. Unfortunately, this was hardly the case with other contractors working on our project. The quality of the work Eric and team performed was very good. I know as I was on site every single day. I constantly interacted with them as their progressed. Same as with the other contractors. My home's design is like no other in the area and possibly the state. Everything Eric and team had to deal with was unique and one of a kind. The end result was that this young man pulled off what so many older established HVAC outfits would not. The house's HVAC system's performance EXCEEDED my expectations by a mile. I owe our home's super comfortable and quiet HVAC on the work Eric performed. He was the right man for the job. What Eric and team accomplished so well was to install all 100% sheet metal ducting throughout the house, inside the living envelope, NOTHING in the attic. They installed a closeted central mini-split heat pump feeding 2/3 of the house via steel ductwork inside the house. A wall mounted mini-split supplied the other 1/3. A Swiss designed and manufactured central ventilation system running 24/7 supplied fresh air while removing an equal amount of stale air, again using sheet metal duct work circuits Eric and team installed.  What really surprised me was how easily Eric managed to program the central ventilation system following instructions from the manufacturer's USA vendor. Then there is the automatic kitchen exhaust hood make up air system that integrated with the hood's own controls to only run when hood runs. Had a sensor issue but Eric resolved it working with the manufacturer. In summary, my wife and I are quite pleased Eric took on the challenge and without asking for a king's ramson. We highly recommend Eric's HVAC company."
