"Our central a/c totally quit at about 4:30 pm on a 91 degree Friday afternoon. I completed the HomeAdvisor application, and requested service. Within the hour John called and said they could have someone here within an hour. Derek arrived shortly after that and fixed the problem (drain under under unit was full) and now we have a/c again!!!! Prompt, courteous, savvy, had to climb up in our hot attic. Cost - $137 after 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I can hardly believe our good fortune . Thank you COOL SEASONS!"
