I said it was constantly on and he said turn it off for 48 hours to auto and see if that changes the humidity levels in my house. It worked, I'm astonished. I've had this problem for a year-and-a-half. A simple solution that he could have exploited. He's honest and knowledgeable and deals with people like he would want to be treated. I would recommend it for anyone."
