Reason for test: Dampness or other water intrusion in the home
Comment: I’ve resided at the same rental property for four years. I’ve had an ongoing dispute with my landlord about the necessity to fix his leaking roof since May 2022, since Mold perforation has grown on all of my personal belongings, inside of the rental property, and I believe caused the death of my dog and health issues to my fiancé, children and self. I have at this point written him a demand letter to correct the issues also stating that I’m withholding rent and I am seeking compensation. I also contacted the local Board Of Health who did an inspection and sent my landlord an extensive list of corrections needed. He has only a few days until reinspection and has made very little headway. My landlords contractor is merely covering up the issue with plaster and paint. I have done five mold armor swab test to determine that there are several toxic types of mold inside of the home.
