"Luis contacted me quickly and came out to do an estimate. The estimate was very thorough and educational. The estimate given was under a previous estimate by a company who noted all the same problems, except that Luis also noted the issue with the caulking around second-story windows. During the removal and installation process, I was sent pictures on the findings and issues throughout the day. It appears that every source of water problems we have had in the house was discovered and repaired, unlike the service of other roofing companies we have used who did not find the problem that already existed for several decades. Luis was very personable and professional, as was the entire team. My wife and I will be considering Castillo Construction for other projects we may need."
