"This is a belated review, given the work by McKay was completed in Nov 2019. I am living in Tennessee, and I needed my daughter roof repaired in Decatur. I could not do the work myself, so I relied on HomeAdvisor to connect me with potential contractors. After contacting several, McKay was the only one to call me back the same day (a Saturday). They were able to review the project and provide an estimate immediately. By Monday, they were onsite and took care of the issue. Without my asking, they took pictures and sent them to me to see the completed work. They also advised on a related issue, for which I approved additional work. It took several weeks before I could inspect the work in person, and I am very pleased. Great work, responsive, customer-focused, and in my opinion, their pricing was fair.
