"It was a VERY hot day- in the tripple digits, and my A/C was only blowing hot air. It would not get cold. The fan of the unit was not turning on. I spoke to Pagel thru servicemagic and was told they would be able to come out in 30 minutes to fix my a/c problem. They had my A/C working in 10 minutes!
