He was able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. He always returned my calls for any questions. The work was done professionally. He pointed some other issues with the roof that I was not aware of. He was able to explain the issues well. I decided to expand the original scope of work and get those issues fixed as well. But at no time did I feel pressured jnto a sales tactic. Steve and his team took pictures to show me exactly what was done. I was also given a written warranty for work done. I have had few bad experiences before with sub standard work. This was a good experience and well deserving of good review and recommendation."
