He lifted large heavy items (exercise equipment; golf clubs; luggage; computer equipment incl a heavy printer). He sorted thru what needed to go to recycle; carried up other things (3 flights of stairs) to me. He dusted everything off before entering my home. He refused to let me help him. All of this in of 1 1/2 hrs. I will have him for everything else that needs to be done!"

"SAMUEL GOROSTIETA was the first to call about the job I needed done and was over to view the problem within 30 min.s After 2 weeks of trying to find a local handyman, none of witch would even come by to view the problem, this was a high mark for Sam. The metter box cover had fallen off, and after only 30 years. I saw the surface problem, Sam saw the real problems, entire unit holding it in place needed to be replaced...he was right. He explained what needed to be done, offered a price, witch I thought was fair and we agreed he would do the job the next day. He was here on time the following morning. Set up his tools and went right to work. Removed all old frame and replaced or repaired ALL that needed to be done. He worked diligently and by the end of the day all work was completed and I am very pleased with the results. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with.
