I was also nervous about writing a check for 60% of the project before the work had started. ALL of my concerns were put to ease when I hired Wladimir. Not only was the work completely custom done in a beautiful manner, but his professional demeanor and personable nature made him a pleasure to work with. He worked super hard and clearly takes pride in his work. The cost was nearly half of what Home Depot had quoted me.
