"After two months of striking out with handymen recommended by family and friends, I went on-line to Home Advisor.com and found Nixon Vazquez. I talked to Nixon within the hour; he came to do an estimate two days later; and after we agreed on a price, he came to my house within 24 hours. He replaced pull-down stairs into my attic and built a handicap ramp to my back door all in one day. The work was excellent and Nixon provided more than I expected. "The owner called me and sent his foreman to assess the problem. The foreman arrived on time. He decided that some sealant around the vent might solve the problem, and he applied the sealant at no charge. Nice company to work with."
