I sent him a picture by text of the shower elements that were stripped and not functioning and leaking. He was able to quickly identify the model and type of units that needed to be replaced. He promptly gave me a quote over the phone, which was the final price I paid. The best part of this experience is, that a number of months ago, I had another plumber come in and look at the problem. At that time this gentleman said that the parts on my shower were old design and parts for it were no longer available and or really hard to find. He wanted to cut into the wall behind the shower to replace various parts etc!! We passed on this as it seemed excessive! Since then we have been using a series of MacGyverâ d approaches to address the problem which were no longer working! When I sent Victor a picture of the parts that were stripped and needing to be replaced he immediately recognized the brand and parts and said he actually had those units on his truck!!
