The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. G-Tech Restoration Inc. was working at a neighbor's home. Within an hour of my contacting the office, the owner, Don, reached out to me. He was at my house that same day to survey the damage and assess the scope of the job. Don gave me a fair price and was true to his word when he said his crew could start ... which was the following day! In less than 3 days, his amazing team of workers had completed the water extraction, removed all of the contents of the basement, removed the drywall and lights which were destroyed, and set up blowers and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Every person who I encountered on the G-Tech crew was professional, courteous and diligent.
