"After reluctantly excepting that after only 15 years we needed to replace half of our roof, the water side, we started looking for a roofer who was knowledgeable, good and would do the job as it should be done. We're in a spot that gets a lot of wind and I can't tell you the number of shingles we've lost and the water staining on the ceiling in my bedroom. After several attempts made by the original roofer we decided that Armen, of Corey & Corey, were the best roofers to take care of our house. I am happy to report that we 'definitely' made the right decision. Armen explained that not only were there not 6 nails, the proper way shingles should be done in a high wind location, but that due to the wind we needed a heavier shingle. They took the old roof off, what was left of it, and put the new heavier shingle down with 6 nails. It looks great and the peace of mind is priceless. We also were having trouble, from the start, with a gutter that kept leaking. Armen had his crew look at that. It was pitched incorrectly so they fixed that as well. In addition, Armen let me know whenever, due to weather, they couldn't come. We are very happy with our decision."
