"They had an issue in the morning that caused them t be a half an hour late, but Dan called right away and let me know. Often, other contractors that I have hired would not call, so this was a nice plus; good customer service. Dan and his apprentice completed the project quickly and cleaned up the area nicely. They were very professional. Dan didn't try to up-sell me or tell me that I needed more work than was necessary as some of the other contractors that I talked to attempted to do. In the past I have done several plumbing projects in my homes myself, but I didn't have time for this one, so I know about plumbing and I knew exactly what was necessary. It is always nice to do business with an honest professional, which is exactly what Dan is."
