"I usually don't post recommendations for businesses, but I need to say these words to Carlos, the proud owner of this business. After 2 years, trying to find a reputable, fair price and willing to travel to PA to provide me the services of sanding my floors and make them new again, I received a referral from my community group to contact this company. On a Sunday morning, I got a response in less than 15 minutes and a in person meeting was scheduled to provide the services. The owner showed up at my house on the date scheduled, explained the process of the work required, understood my concerns and past experiences and assured me I will be in good hands. I jumped at the offer provided, and PH Floorings LLC arrived exactly at the scheduled time in the morning and completed the job promptly. Carlosâ promise was kept, sanded, polished, clear coated the floors and to my surprise he did the stairs, just because he noticed the 1st floor and 2nd floor will not match if not done at the same time. This was done without any surprises in additional cost. Without hesitation, I paid for his services. As a successful business owner myself, my words to this business - your future is well-paved to be very successful in the flooring industry. "Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"
