From the moment he called, he was friendly and understanding of my situation. He was able to schedule a visit the same day, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was on time and professional. He took a look at the issue, explained what was going on in simple terms, and gave me a few options for repairs. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help rather than just trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The repair itself didn’t take long at all, and he cleaned up afterward, which was a nice touch. The pricing was fair, especially considering how quick and efficient he was. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands. If I ever have plumbing issues again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him back. "I hired MBE to remove some Mold contaminated sheet rock. After removing the contaminated sheet rock and disinfecting the metal studs, Gilbert reinstalled the new mold resistant drywall and while he was here, he also fixed an outdoor spigot that was leaking for over a year. He really is a jack of all trades! I would highly recommend MBE Environmental for not only Mold remediation but for any home improvement needs you may have. "I was very nervous working in the dark for I never had to hire a plumber before and I didnâ t know who I was calling or how reputable they were, or if I was going to get ripped off, but Guy was the gentleman that contacted me and when I explained I could not locate a state water heater he searched around and called me back and found what is probably the only one in the entirety of Wetchester County! That was earlier on Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would contact me later on to arrange for installation. He also arranged for the rebate and whatever â red tapeâ involved with the warranty replacement and Wednesday evening he was here in my home installing the water heater! His work was excellent! He is very personable and having had a master plumber in my family prior to this fiasco I can say without reservation that this fellow, who is a gentleman as well, knows his business and does it well!"
