"The sheetrock on my garage ceiling was cracked & sagging. One piece appeared it was going to fall on the door opener rail & my car. I contacted 3 different companies. Better Builds & Repairs was the only one that came to look at the problem in person, the others relied on pictures I texted to them. Bryce checked the ceiling, explained sheetrock was commonly put up with nails instead of screws in older homes, over time the nails work loose allowing the sheetrock to sag & nail heads to pop through. He provided what I considered to be a fair price. The crew arrived the next morning, secured the ceiling sheetrock with screws, taped & floated seams where necessary. They were polite & professional. The floor was covered to protect it from joint compound & paint. The ceiling repair was completed; the area cleaned up & everything put back in place by the end of the day. I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Better Builds & Repairs to my friends & family."
