He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."
