"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

"I just had a service call by Stong Plumbing. They were here the same day I called them them. The technician diagnosed my water leak problem and resolved the situation. I have used Stong in the past but have never been so amazed and happy with the outcome of a service call as today. I was only charged a diagnostic fee. Spent less than $100. Tell me when you can do that with a plumber! They are local here in Malvern PA. I'll keep using them in the event more plumbing issues come up.... Fred"
