"I called the Water Heater Company (who I have used in the past, and had a great experience) when I discovered my water heater was leaking. Of course, this happened on a Saturday night! I thought it was a long shot, but called them first thing Sunday morning. Lo and behold, someone answered! Anna was kind and patient and told me she could have a service technician out to the house the next morning. I was thrilled. The technician (Mitchell) texted me half an hour before his arrival, to let me know he was on his way. Mitchell performed a full inspection and explained what needed to be done. We replaced the water heater the same day. I was stunned at the level of service and how professional and efficient this company was. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them."
