Oseas came out and I explained what I needed done (cut and install four stair stringers from my deck down 6 feet to a concrete slab.) He gave me a great price and we agreed to do the work. He didn't try to oversell me or push to do the extra work on the stairs - that I really wanted to do myself. Once the work was complete he came out to make sure I was satisfied and even gave me a couple hints on how to finish up. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the price. More importantly, my wife is completely satisfied with how the stairs came out once I finished."
