He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. I felt bad asking him to smooth out one tiny area, but he assured me that it was no problem, and he took his time to make sure that it was perfect before wrapping up for the day. Robert did such an excellent job that you can't even tell that my ceiling had been repaired. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
