"The prior occupant of my house attempted to, (with evidently little skill) turn a small back porch into a fair-sized, fully enclosed room with Windows. The result is a cheap looking extension with a leaking roof, and with windows that collapsed with the wind (letting in rain, snow, and leaves) --a totally unusable space that was a complete eyesore.
