"Alex came to our home and installed a set of very heavy curtains for us, along with the rod. It sounds straightforward but we had a previous installer who was not able to do the job correctly. Alex spent a lot of time making sure all the measurements were correct and did not rush the job at all. The end result was perfect. We hope to call Alex back to our home for other tasks in the future!"

"Melendez construction was an excellent choice for us. We have used them on two projects, both done in an excellent manner. One project involved replacing flooring in bathroom. The second a partial remodel of bathroom, involving drywall, plumbing, painting, and electric. G talked over options with us, discussed what would normally be done, discussed any updates as the work proceeded. Was very flexible, patient and pleasant. Excellent integrity and value.
