"Came out the day of my inquiry. I had a broken spring on my door. Upon further investigation, I also had worn bearings. Fortunately, he had bearings available and was able to install them as well as two new springs. Went above and beyond an lubricated all moving parts and adjusted my belt and downward travel. Door shuts better than it did before the broken spring. Would 100% call them back out for future service without hesitation! Excellent service."
