"This contractor was honest and quoted on just the work that needed to be done. He had the opportunity to complete more extensive work for double the price, but explained to me that this was not the problem, was unnecessary and a waste of my money. He offered to come back later if what he quoted did not stop the leak and do the other work for the difference between to the 2 estimates, assuming a loss on the first job. I'd definitely recommend him and use him again for any work in his expertise area."
