My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am."
