This explained why we were getting water in the fireplace during a heavy rain. They took photos to verify what was found. The workman then fixed all the issues, waterproofed the bricks and showed us the after pictures. They also scraped off the soot on the bricks in the fireplace as a bonus which my husband was happy about because he was going to do it.
