"Found my hot water tank leaking steadily at 8:30 am the Friday before xmas. Talked to several other companies that could have someone come out on Monday (for a fee) to take a look at it. Called Renewal at 9:10 am. Matt called me back at 9:15 and said he would come by after his next appointment and take a look. He was there by 10:30. He quoted a very reasonable price to purchase and install a new tank THAT DAY. (Note that my home requires a PowerVent water tank; more expensive and a little more difficult to install.) By 2:30pm He had the entire job finished and at the price quoted! Matt was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use him for my future planned projects and am recommending him to friends and family."

Great personnel from the 1st information collecting phone call with their office staff (Heather) and ultimately scheduling an appointment that day - to the prompt, expert plumbing evaluation (plumber Robbie and apprentice Zack) along with a much needed repair completed the day of the free evaluation!
