"The plumber, Eric, was honest and sold me the service that was not the best interest to them. He looked out for me and what was in the best interest to me. Tankless water heaters can be a pain and Eric got on the phone to the manufacture to get me parts that were still under warranty. The other plumbers wanted to up-sell me a new unit even though I originally stated that is what I wanted. Valley Plumbing saved me a ton of money. He was very profession and courteous. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing and ask for Eric."
