I also have to say Emanuel the installer is awesome. He really loves his job. He takes his time to make sure things are perfect. I know this might inconvenient you a bit but in the end you will be glad he is doing the job. He takes pride in his work. I really felt well taken care of as their customer. Heads up. If you're planning on using a credit or debit card to rack up your points, they do charge 3% or something like that. I did not find this out until the end. You can pay cash or check and avoid that. Eloisa did offer to pay half of the fee but I didn't feel it was right so I paid with a check. Not a deal breaker for me at all."
