"I had a toilet that was leaking at the base for the third time in about two years. Other companies had tried to fix it before but it didn't last. North Shore knew what the problem was, that the toilet wasn't seated flat on the floor and was rocking slightly. They fixed the problem and the toilet no longer rocks. I believe it is fixed right this time. They cost a little more than the other guys, but it's true that you get what you pay for. Great job."
