Several roofers said they had a minimum charge so a small repair would start at $250 or $500. Andrei showede pictures of the problem, gave me a fair estimate, explained what he would do and did that in addition to sealing nails even in the neighbors side of the house."

Their crew worked tirelessly through the day taking only 2 breaks, one of which was lunch. Since the days are shorter now, they came back the next day (Sunday) for a couple of hours to finish up the project. They left my property spotless. There was only one minor detail which they addressed immediately. I felt they went all out to insure I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend TYCOS for any roofing project needed."
