He took great care to answer all of our questions and to explain what he thought needed to be done and what our options were. Just as importantly, he explained what was not necessary to be done. He seemed very honest and didnâ t try to upsell us repairs we didnâ t need. We talked about the trade-offs of repairing the roof vs installing a new roof.
