"We hired Castle Bay Construction to do some roof repairs before we installed solar panels. Ed, the owner, was great to work with. He responded promptly and was very punctual. He took great care to answer all of our questions and to explain what he thought needed to be done and what our options were. Just as importantly, he explained what was not necessary to be done. He seemed very honest and didnâ t try to upsell us repairs we didnâ t need. We talked about the trade-offs of repairing the roof vs installing a new roof. He gave us an estimate for a new roof because we asked for it but he told us that he thought we didnâ t really need it. They may not be the cheapest roof contractor out there, but I would hire him again if we needed roof work done. Thatâ s about the highest recommendation I can think of."
