"On a scale of 1 - 5, we would rank James and his team a 10+! I had tried Home Advisor 5 times in the past for a variety of searches and had received no responses at all. I tried this time for a tile expert and James responded in less than 5 minutes! And the customer service did not stop there. His response to our "mess" from a previous tiler was phenomenal. He identified the solution. He showed up on time. He did what he said he was going to do. And our floor looks awesome. I would recommend James for any tile project. He is the only company we will use in the future. AND, we will definitely recommend Advance Tile and Grout to all of our family and friends."

"Fair and equitable and willing to work with you on pricing and adjustments. Great in an emergency. I always feel like they do their best for me. Josh always does things the right way and I can trust his work and also for him to stand behind his work if anything has to be changed. They have done many jobs for me, They are very trustworthy and reliable. They may not show up on time always but that means they are busy helping someone else in an emergency and I trust they will do the same for me someday when needed. Josh needs to be cloned, there needs to be more than one of him. I am very happy to have found them and I feel very lucky to consider them part of my team."

"These guys were terrific. Prompt, courteous and fast. I had hired another crew and they had not finished my tile job in 3 weeks. Ewerson came in and finished in three days! Great work! Went above and beyond. Responded to questions quickly. And to top it off, they are nice people."
