San Antonio is the hard water capital I believe and Roger arranged for my shower knob cartridge to be replaced to stop the leaking. His plumber came to my home, was on time, was professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He started his work, came in and explained that it was not just the handle cartridge that required replaced, but also the entire shower value unit because of hard water damage.
